In order to start, we need basic information on your property which you can easily send us by filling a form or just call us. We will immediately contact you to provide you with further information or we will arrange an appointment directly at your property where we will provide you with qualified price estimate of your real estate. Our services, advice and time are absolutely free for you as the owner of the property. In the beginning we want to give you all information based on which you can decide if you choose us.
Together we will prepare the documentation for the offer and our professional photographer will make pictures of your property. We realize the fact that pictures sell.
We will actively market the property on internet and in the press, as well as offer it to the potential buyers that we are in contact with. We will organise professional viewings and recommend the best potential buyers to you.
After you have agreed on the purchase price and conditions with one of the potential buyers, the reservation agreement will be signed and the potential buyer will pay the reservation fee. Afterwards we will prepare all the documentation for signing the purchase agreement and submitting to the cadastre. If necessary, we will help you to secure mortgage.
Having agreed on the purchase price and conditions, the reservation agreement will be signed and we will prepare all necessary contractual documentation that will be tuned to satisfaction of all parties to the contract.
Based on the agreed contractual documentation we will ensure smooth completion of the transaction including payment of the purchase price and the property hand-over.
