I highly recommend Quantum reality’s services; more specifically the agent Jan Šrubař. I have been in contact with Jan for my flat searching and I got a great impression of him. He has pretty good English skills, he has always been available to answer all the questions or concerns that I have had before, during and after the flat searching process and he was very transparent with the terms & conditions of the rental agreement from the beginning. Jan also cares about all parties involved, trying to find the most suitable tenants for the owners of properties; so he does not choose tenants randomly, but based on potential affinity with the owner. For the above mentioned and many other reasons, I believe that Quantum reality chooses the right agents to meet everyone’s expectations in flat searching/rental.
