We chose Jan Šrubař to find a tenant for our flat and we were very happy with the service that he provided. He was proactive from the get go and ensured the flat was on the market quickly. His service covered the whole process from A-Z from the initial valuation to being there at the handover to ensure everything went smoothly. We were most impressed with Jan’s communication and responsiveness: he always got straight back to us to ensure the process stayed on track. He speaks perfect English which was a big help for us. And he listened carefully to our wishes and acted on them and in the end helped us find a suitable tenant. We appreciated that he prioritised finding a tenant we were happy with, rather than being pushy and trying to get us to accept the first person that came along. Overall, complete satisfaction and we would definitely use Jan’s services in the future.
